In a complete overhaul to a dark and narrow terrace in Double Bay, only the facade was retained. The new design maximised natural light and cross ventilation to all living, bedroom and bathroom spaces with north-facing clerestory windows along the length of the building. Premium finishes to all surfaces include wide gauge American oak flooring and custom joinery.

Lighting and electrical fittings were recessed or presented in a minimal footprint.
