A 1866 worker’s cottage, this sandstone terrace is a mere 3.7m wide.

In modernising this old terrace, the facade, side walls and roof were untouched, around a new American Oak central core. Premium cabinet joinery concealed the kitchen appliances.

AFS Wall Solutions were used to maximise space. All electrical cabling was concealed within these walls.

All consideration was made to minimise impact to heritage walls and facade.
